Radiant energy has two forms: static and dynamic. Most people understand that radiant energy is dynamic, such as radiant energy from the sun, high frequency electromagnetic waves, etc. For static forms, radiant energy is scalar in Ether, with infinitesimal velocity (instantaneous).
For radiation energy in dynamic form, it is generated by high frequency electric oscillation. For example X-rays, ultraviolet rays, etc. If it is assumed that Radiant Energy is the energy of electromagnetic waves is incomplete and even False. Other ways to generate radiant energy are to use electronic devices that generate high frequency oscillations. However, the type of radiation energy will not be as diverse, low quality and not as strong as in the Tesla coil.
